Serves 2:

• 1 banana
• 300g mixed frozen berries
(e.g. blackberries, blueberries, currant, raspberries)
• 150g coconut yoghurt
• 2 tablespoons cocoa nibs
• 2 teaspoons pumpkin seeds
• 1 sprig of fresh mint

Smoothie bowl with frozen berries


Preparation time: 5 minutes

1. Peel the bananas and mash in a blender with 250g of berries and the yoghurt.

2. Divide the smoothie into two bowls and sprinkle with cocoa nibs, pumpkin seeds and the remaining berries.

3. Wash the mint, shake dry and divide the leaves between the bowls.
