• 6 fresh medium-sized shrimp
• 2 garlic cloves
• 4 small dried chili peppers
• ½ olive oil
• 1El chopped parsley
• Salt

GAMBAS AL AJILLO

Directions:

1. While the oil is heating in a frying pan, cut the garlic into very thin (1 mm) slices.

2. When the oil is hot, add the garlic to the pan and fry until golden brown.

3. Now it's time to add the shrimp. Lower the temperature and add them to the pan. Fry the shrimp according to size for about about 3 minutes per side and then immediately take them out of the pan. Place them in a small earthenware bowl.

4. Now swirl the parsley in the rest of the warm oil and pour the mixture over the shrimp.
